The Hemingford Pavilion provides a wealth of facilities in the picturesque village of Hemingford Grey, Cambridgeshire. With its two dedicated function rooms, catering service and bar, the Pavilion is the perfect venue for conferences, family events, club meetings and children’s parties.
The site is home to a range of outstanding sports clubs and boasts four superb squash courts - one with an exhibition standard viewing gallery, a prop shop, an air conditioned gym, three tennis courts, two football pitches, a cricket wicket and a bowls green. With its combination of function rooms and sports facilities, the venue is unrivalled in the area. Tying all of this together is the Pavilion Bar, which provides a friendly and relaxing environment to unwind and recount the activities of the day!
Basic membership provides access to the Pavilion Bar and sports and social events, and then additional memberships are taken with each sports club of interest. Membership rates are low, and local people of all ages are welcomed.
New to the Hayward Hall.........
New to the Hayward Hall is a state-of-the-art Projection system with motorised screen and surround sound. Show professional presentations directly from your laptop, or create a superb cinema environment in which to watch films or TV. On the second Friday in each month, starting 9th December 2011, we are screening a film for your viewing. Do come and join us!

We are aware that our customers have budget constraints, and we have tailored our prices to be suit all. Whilst we are happy if you would like to opt for one of our fabulous lunches, we understand if you would like to cater for yourselves. We provide coffee and tea on a per cup basis or on a per day basis, or equally you may decide to hire our kitchen and make your own drinks. Choose our services to suit your own budget and needs, and you will be amazed how affordable we really are - but you will also be delighted by our professional service and attention to detail!

Our impressive gym has all the equipment you will need for a successful training regime, and is climate controlled for your comfort! Membership is just £24 per month, and access is from 7am to 11pm every day!
