With its attractive Cambridgeshire village setting within easy reach of Cambridge, Huntingdon and St Ives, the Pavilion is the perfect venue for that event to remember.  Our two very different function rooms cater for a wide range of functions and can both be hired with or without a bar, and with or without a kitchen. 

Conference Hire 

Whether you are booking the Hayward Hall or Manor Room, lunch and refreshments breaks are usually taken in our comfortable lounge bar, which has balconies on both sides and a stunning outlook over our sports grounds.  The lounge bar can also be used for break-out facilities by prior arrangement.  We pride ourselves on the quality and expertise of our conference service.  All our services and facilities are offered at highly competitive rates designed to be flexible and to suit all budgets.  Should you opt for our refreshment service, you will find that we have a superb range of teas and coffee, served at times to suit your agenda.  We can provide you with all the equipment necessary to hold a successful meeting and will take care to tailor your day to suit your needs and your budget.  We offer fabulous lunches, at just £6 per head - please see the link below for our menus.  Should you prefer to bring your own lunch, we understand - these are difficult times and not all companies can provide lunch for their delegates.
