The well equipped conference and function rooms at the Hemingford Pavilion provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for both business and social events.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our service. Conference tables are laid with notepaper, pens, iced drinks and mints; and tea, coffee and biscuits can be served at times to suit your agenda. A catering service is also available with a choice of buffet menus. All our facilities are offered at very reasonable rates with simple and straightforward terms. With its attractive Cambridgeshire village setting within easy reach of Cambridge, Huntingdon and St Ives, the Pavilion is the perfect venue for that event to remember.

The Manor Room. Price details
The Manor Room provides an excellent conference facility. With an overhead projector, large-screen TV, video and blackout blinds; as well as a flip chart, whiteboard and pens, we have everything you need for a successful meeting, seminar or training event. The Manor Room has a dual aspect outlook over the bowling green and playing field, and is a light and pleasant environment in which to conduct a meeting for up to 24 people (conference style).

The Hayward Hall. Price details
If you are planning a party, family celebration, disco, wedding, child's birthday treat, or any other social or club event, the Hayward Hall is an ideal venue. With kitchen facilities adjacent to the hall, you can either cater for your own event, or let us arrange the catering for you. Like the Manor Room, the Hayward Hall has its own bar. It is also a light room, having windows and doors overlooking the bowling green to one side, and playing field to the other.
